I think pwr/rst switches are just jumpers, and the polarity doesnt matter, so see if its seated right. You could also switch the power and reset connectors on the mobo and see if the rst switch works as a power button etc. Haha, havn't been here in years.

stay away from that, its not even close to top end air. id go with the swiftech compact h20-120, and add a 240 rad maybe.

the new revisions of the p180 and p180b are the same in desing as the p182 and "linear" airflow is the important thing, you dont want fans working against eachother, and you want to try to get rid of unwanted turbulence, turbulence will create hot spots.
