I played a little with removing the folders from PF.
Even with this folder removed IE reinstalled with no problems.
WMP failed to reinstall after removing the folder though...
You can remove both in Add/Remove Windows Components...
If you manage to remove it in SM, you can also remove folders from Program Files. It might prevent it from reinstalling again. Maybe don't delete it at first but just move from Program Files in case you'll need it. You can always remove...

It looks like you might have faulty RAM.
Both errors might indicate that.
If you have more then 1 RAM chip try removing 1 to check if that might be an issue. If it fails, try only with the one you removed (ie if you have 2 chips).
I had to take ownership (in Advanced) of this folder in order to be able to change anything. Then add my username to the list. I granted Full Control to all possible account (including mine). Still the same!!

I've got 3 folders left after playing with dual and triple boot that I can't delete.
"Access is denied."
I've checked permissions in Safe Mode and admin does not have Full Control, only System has. I logged in as a System user but same thing.
I tried to use KillBox with no luck.
Any ideas...
You know... need to find few that I like and that are ok for the theme, select one from them, open photobucket, try 10 passwords (didn't use it for so long that don't remember) upload the picture, then upload another two because they might be better, spend 10 minutes to finally decide that the...

I've installed XP Pro on C: and then Vista x86 on D: and Vista was default OS.
Then I installed Vista x64 on E: and I changed to Vista x86 as a default OS (it changed to x64 automatically).
