Ofcourse is RAID 5 a much more better thought. That's why I was interested about your thoughts about RAID 4. Because that has a dedicated parity control which causes for slow performance, and is kinda less secure then 5. If you can "sacrifice" 1 Disk of 3 disks, then I would definitely go for a...
I've used a Xperia S, I was quiet satisfied about it, except the battery and updates.
I don't know much about cell phones so here is a great link where you can compare any phone you want:

Download Furmark, install, stress it and monitor your card. Don't trust tools like speedfan. Furmark will give you the exact temperatures and while monitoring your temps, look at your fan sometimes.

My first question is, why do you prefer or with what thought did you wanna go for a RAID 4?
My second question; is that how many HDD's are you going to use? This important to known. And how much disk capacity can you exchange for your security? Or isn't that that important?
Coolermaster PSU's maybe crap, but in this case, it's not really a problem because it won't be stressed out. If you want more security for good value, get the CX430 or CX500.
And as John said, get 4GB instead of 2 GB. That's a must...
Happens a lot... No big deal. If your Video cable is pluged out, it can do sometimes some weird stuff. It's the same if there are 2 computers connected to 1 monitor. I don't know why it does that, but I think that the computer get's confused or something.. I don't know...
Anyway, like I said...
