    Lap top fan connector

Cut the wires and splice additions that are the exact same gauge wire. You'd be dealing with having a bulkier wire after properly wrapping the spliced area to prevent shorts though, which in a laptop means they probably won't fit where they should. Or, just get the proper fan for that system...

    The Google Verification Spiral

Yep. @Frankiestein try actual punctuation, please. You'll find most people won't even bother with trying to decipher that jumble you posted.

NTLDR missing on fresh install of XP(?!)

Everytime your system reboots, it's reading the setup file on the XP disc and telling you to press a key to start it. Don't press a key and let it do its thing.

    What are you currently playing?

Played Forspoken for two weeks and enjoyed it. I see a lot of FFin the game play and dare I say this is the game FF15 should have been. Been playing Hogwarts Legacy this past week, very good game. I love the magic and storyline. I'll go back to Forspoken once I beat it Also, the WoW bug hit...

Laptop SSD - clone and replace

You ordered an M.2 drive and your system uses a SATA interface. Your best bet is to get a larger SATA type and clone using the adapter you linked.

Will SSD work with older PC?

^ Any SATA SSD will work. The speed difference will be instantly noticeable. Within minutes you will never want to go back to a platter-style drive again.

Realtek HD Audio Manager pop up appears frequently

If your audio cord plugs into your speakers as well via a 3.5mm jack (vs the cord being hardwired to the speaker), replace that. It could just be a worn audio cable that is randomly losing connection internally due to bumps or other slight movement.

How to prevent online applications from getting information about my device

Most apps will just want camera, contact, phone type, OS, etc. Provided its a legitimate app, the permissions are warranted (uploading a photo requires access to the camera/gallery, attaching a photo to a text requires access to your contacts to select the person to send it to, etc.) and...

    Very loud fan

Sounds like they put in a bad battery and didn't have the foresight to test charge and/or otherwise verify it wasn't busted. I would go back and get the old one back or if they no longer have it, then make them put in a known working (preferably OEM) one. Then find a new repair shop.

Activating Dell Desktop Power Supply w/o MB

Ahhh - got it. Still super simple, in fact all you need is a paper clip. With the side panel off, follow the wires (they may be loomed together or they may be two separate ones depending on manufacturer) from the power switch to the MoBo and pull them off the pins on the board. If you're...

Activating Dell Desktop Power Supply w/o MB

You're not tearing down the computer, you're literally bridging (not shorting...) two pins that are immediately accessible. And you already have the case open so... Bridging the pins will tell you immediately if it's a switch problem or if the issue is deeper.

    My pc wont turn on

I'm going to guess these are 100% related. The front panel connectors will be marked. You need to put them on their corresponding motherboard pins. Look at your motherboard manual or Google your model for proper arrangement. Also, punctuation. ;)
