I have a Windows 7 Ultimate CD that I used to install on my main machine. I would like to install Windows 7 Home Basic on a laptop in my home. Can I use that CD with a key that'll buy to install Home Basic on that machine?

I'd prefer to to have everything cooled, just in case. Are you sure those 4 chips above the voltage regulators you marked off in the pic don't need heatsinks?

A quiet fan with that will give you plenty of headway to overclock and it shouldn't make much noise at all.
