For gaming, you'll want a monitor with a fast response time (5ms is pretty common), and an IPS display is ideal. Something like this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824236335 Obviously you can do better if you want to spend more money.

A Class 10 card has a guaranteed minimum speed of 10 MB/s. Anything slower than that isn't Class 10. For the most part, you don't want to rely on the Class when looking at speed, as most brand-name cards today are Class 10 anyway. You'll want to look at the "MB/s" speed instead.
