Onboard ATI 4290

I was just wondering if anyone knew what discrete card this would be most similar too. My computer recently went the way of AIG and I'm stuck bailing it's ass out. I'm not sure if it's just the motherboard or possibly the graphics card, but priority obviously goes to getting a new motherboard (and ram, since I'm going from an MSI K9A2 Platinum to an 890GX based AM3 board.)
Anyway, just looking to find if it could hold stuff like TF2 at any petty rate, how it handles 1080p, and overclocking it.
I've checked around the Google, but you're professional nerds, and I'm in off season.

It's a pretty decent onboard card.

700mhz core and 128mb of dedicated memory. It can definitely play 1080p no problem, not really sure how it'll handle TF2.
Wow, that's probably the best integrated GPU out there. I would still be hesitant on gaming, though. I guess it depends on what CPU you have. If you have something like a Phenom ii X4 965, I think you could pull it off.
