Medal Of Honor BETA-Your Thoughts?

So ive only just realised on Steam that i have Medal of Honour Beta available :D....didnt even know the beta was available to us in the UK yet,anyway it seems okay so far.

For those who have not played it yet,It litraly feels like MW2 and BC2 had a baby.

Atm though,there realy isnt anything in the game that makes me think "Wow this is great"...i still prefer BC2,But ive only played it for half hour so time will tell.

Anyone else played it?
anyone know when Beta ends?
 
Its pretty much BC2 with a new, more "Modern" Skin, justlike you said, the offspring of MW2 and BC2. Planning not to buy it.

BUT the game is made by the same people who made BC2, which is Dice.
 
COD/MOH/BF what do they all have in common? Basic reskin of the last one and this is no different.
I stopped buying those games a few years ago but I bought COD4 and was displeased with it so sold it just a while ago.

BTW any other PC gamers pissed off that they are charging us the $10 console tax on our games now?
 
Wow, I really do NOT like this game. I got it on the Xbox 360 and it seems built for spawn-kills and quick cheap shots.
 
Game is horrible. It sucks. Server menu is terrible and is even harder to navigate than BC2. Gameplay seems like it came from Insurgency (a Source mod).


Way to go DICE and EA.

Yeah I noticed that too... also, on the Xbox, navigating is actually physically difficult... you have to go up,down, left, or right perfectly for it to register.

maybe its abad port job for xbox or something anyone try it on pc or ps3?

Yeah the menus are horrible,Anyone else noticed alot of nube tube going on in this game?

played it for another half hour just,lost intrest :D
 
well that sucks (the reviews you guys are giving). i was hoping this game would kick arse... maybe the single player will be cool? i guess i'll have to wait for cod black ops to be wowed...

Me to,i was looking forward to the game.:)
 
You guys are best trying it your selfs,i mean you might like it but for me going from BC2 to this is just horrible,its not a patch on BC2 and nothing like what i expected it to be...the game feels just like INSURGENCY mod that was made for Steam engine....dunno if any of you have played it?

Dice should have focused more on bringing More/better content to BC2 instead of MOH.

are the actual mechanics of the game okay? i really only ever play the campaign :o:o
 
Its BFBC2 in the Middle east, and no recoil on the guns. It seems like a mod than an actual game.

I played it for a couple of hours and wasn't all that impressed.

It's another modernish type FPS. I didn't feel like I was doing anything different than other games. If you didn't already own BC2 or MW2 then it might be more interesting.
