Starcraft 2 looks good

I'm not a big rts fan. I had some fun with warcraft 3 and dawn of war when I played lan games with my friends, but beyond that I don't find them very exciting.

I've read nothing but good things about SC2. You think I'd enjoy it as a modern day rts?

The game is actually pretty good. I didnt play it yet, but everybody that has it actually says that is a really good game.

I'm not really into rts games either. It was fun for me at first, but I haven't touched it in about a month. Also beware that once you enter the key into your battle.net account it's there forever and you can't remove it to sell the game if you want to. So in other words your stuck with it forever.

I'm not a big gamer but bought half a dozen recently just to get a look at what the fuss is about. Starcraft II is Very cool and has been the one game so far that has held my interest. I'm enjoying the campaign and the Cinematics and can see where the online play would be something people might go nuts over.

True that. What's the fun of trying to play online when there are SCII pros out there that wipe you out within 7 minutes of game time... dang Koreans (I'm Korean so I can say that )

But it is a fun game when you play with friends, but playing online can be a bit frustrating, especially if you play against people that do nothing but rush.

zerg are good if you are fast .. i can beat my brother with them before he has a barreks lol

I just switched to random last night. Played about 10 vs the AI matches with zerg. I need to tweak my build order but I won several games as zerg. I started with Protoss and switched to Terran a few weeks back to learn them. So, now I have fully switched to Random.

I don't know who I prefer. I know playing Terran is the easiest team to win with. However, I love dropping Zerg worms and then storming bases with hydralisks and ultralisks while my mutalisks flank the base and take out all the workers.
