Runescape java problem

Every time I attempt to loggin I get a pop up that says the publisher can not be verified as a trusted source. Code will be treated as unsigned. I can click details or ok. when i click ok nothing happens. I am running widows 7. Any suggestion?
 
Have you tried uninstalling all versions of java in add/remove programs, then reboot and install the latest version?

what browser are you playing in? i would try a different browser or get the runescape desktop icon from the runescape downloads. It may be an issue with your browser.

can you take a screenshot of the error that's popping up?

Explorer 8 running xp home edition

I tried to upload screenshot but it said the file was too big. Any suggestions?

This is what happens. I hit play now. My java console pops up. About 3 seconds later ...a warning security box appears....it says...The publisher cannot be verified by a trusted source.Code will be treated as unsigned.

Name: runescape

java.io.EOFException and it gives me the choice of ok or details if I hit ok screen stays black and nothing happens
