If it is able to, it'd be on the lowest settings possible. It would still probably run to slow for you to enjoy it.

EDIT: You'll want to add a graphics card to your machine, then it will run games just fine.
 
So you haven't bought this computer yet? If not then where are you buying it from? If it's a pre-built machine then it will more then likely come with crap components, particularly the power supply. 500 watts is okay as long as it's not a pos.
