Has anyone found any legit early reviews for this game? I loved the originally max payne and I liked the second as well... mostly because I love the stories and the game play is sick...Have there been any hints that this might be a letdown?
 
There doesn't seem to be too many reviews out just yet (the game isn't due to hit shelves for another 7 days) but I did manager to find one. How credible you call the source though is your own say. Sometimes place like IGN even spew random bull from time to time (they loves them some CoD).

I say look around on google for Max Payne 3 reviews in a couple days as they start to flood the internet before release.

With it being Rockstar behind the helm, I wouldn't exactly expect it to be a flop. (Red Dead wasn't, GTA wasn't.. etc.)

No problem! The loop tape at work is highlighting the bullet time of the game this month.
It looks pretty sweet, actually. I've never played a Max game, and I'm fairly surprised they didn't make an HD collection of the first two before release for other people to play before 3.

I'd link you to the bullet time trailer, but I can't remember my password right now and it won't let me view it without being signed into youtube.
 
Most likely third person only as thats how its been in previous games. Also if they keep with the excessive bullet time (excessive not being used as a derogatory term as i loved bullet time in MP1 and 2) then first person isnt likely to make an appearance.
 
I can't wait for it, I loved the first 2 and Max Payne 1 was the first game that I played when I was like 6 orso so memories come back :P
 
ah it looks good! I heard the story is good... def going to pick this up... cant wait for PC... think ill go ps3 over xbox
 
Well its for 20$ here, seems like a good game, I will get this on 4th June after my exams are over, will have to see how the multiplayer works, seems exciting, gang wars ahahaha.
 
62$ for PC or console?

20$ is for PC, I think its for 30$ for PC over there. I have a good opportunity to save 40$, I see it is available for pre-order, when is it releasing or has it released. :o

It's May 15 in North America and May 18 internationally; and for the PC on May 29 in North America and June 1, 2012 internationally.

Should be, anyway.
 
I do not say this much, but I got the game last night and it is disgusting. I havent played a game I enjoyed this much in a long time. The presentation is second to none. I havent completed it but so far the single player is awesome. Ive heard that the multiplayer is good too but im not much of a multiplayer guy.
