So I currently have my Xbox 360 (slim) hooked up through HDMI to my secondary monitor. I don't have speakers in my monitor, so I managed to break the plastic around the Xbox A/V cable and fit it in next to the HDMI slot; I had sound coming through two speakers. I've had no problems with it thus far, but just last night it began crapping out on me. I couldn't switch the monitor over to HDMI to play 360 without it switching back to DVI and restarting the Xbox. So I unplugged the A/V cable and voilà I got video again, and it didn't restart anything.
So here I stand with no sound- whenever I plug the cable in that same event occurs. Was there some update that I missed? Can I not have A/V and HDMI going concurrently anymore?
