Origin Problem

Ok, as some may already know EA isnt letting my download my BF3 premium. And I checked my bank and the payment did in fact go through, so Im out $54.50 with no game. Not very happy. So I browsed through EAs website for a while with no luck. I couldnt find an email or phone number to contact them.

So what the heck. I feel like I just got ripped off.

In Battlelog did you see your status as "G80FTW is now a premium member"?

and you don't have to download premium, it will only download Close Quarters map for now.

Premium looked like the best offer to me. And whats battlelog? On their website? Like I said, the payment went through and I was charged the money and its in my order history its just not in "my games" for me to download.

How do you play BF3 without Battlelog?

I had ordered premium through battlelog, which has inbuilt origin store and did the payment inside it, it showed my status inside it as "emfader is now a premium player" and when CQ released automatic update came to download CQ maps. I assume you bought BF3 and over it you purchased Premium.

So you're emfader! I wondered who you were (LinkinMcOwnage93 is me)

Contact EA support or billing and quote them the transaction number noted by your card (ie visa/mastercard etc) and order number if you got one through battlelog or origin.

Nah I just bought BF3 premium I never had BF3 previously.

So you don't have BF3? If so, then you are not going to be happy... Cause you'll have to buy BF3 as well, which is another 20-40$. BF3 Premium is some extra stuff (a new knife, new dog tags, new Battlelog features, behind the scenes stuff, etc.) plus all the released and announced upcoming DLC.

I would call them up and rage about how miss-leading their advertising is.

Beg for them to either transfer your purchase, or better yet, demand BF3 :P

Thank you. I understand now. This is the last game i buy from ea. They made the best games in the 90s but now they are just bs.

Companies wonder why we dont wanna pay for their crap? They increase the price and give us less for it.
