Can anyone log on to their Steam account page??

I've been trying to access my account page for about an hour and after I successfully log in to my account and try to go to my account page, the page loads but the page is completely blank!! Is anyone else having this problem? Can someone test this out on their own computer? I want to be able to add some money to my steam wallet but I cant do it from both the Steam application AND their website on my browser. What gives? Are their servers down?
please help!
