- Four entries were submitted this week. Each thumbnail corresponds to a voting choice. They are assigned numbers in no particular order. Please vote for what you feel is the best image.

- The votes are public so it will be clear to the adjudicator whether someone has voted for their own image.

- I will leave this thread stickied for 48 hours, but unlocked. Feel free to to discuss the merits of this week's entries, and the competition in general. Just a reminder, no hinting or 'biggin' up' from the entrants.

I went for image #2, #4 was a close second, I didn't like the the church and some other details you could see from other images/layers overlayed on the original image. So, option #2 was just a little cleaner and got my vote. Kudos to #4 for a very good concept, just not quite clean enough to beat out #2...

*EDIT: Yeah, I knew that they topic was listed somewhere, but I figured it would be better to have it posted here for ease of judging and voting... :)
 
I think I should mention, I've been very impressed with the callibre of entries for the first week, when it may have been difficult for people to judge the standard required of them. It was a pleasure to receive the trickle of entries, hopefully after this week more people will consider entering. After all, it's you that make this fun.
 
The second one is the coolest looking, but the fourth one would have taken the most work in my opinion. I voted #4. :)

I also liked how each of the natural disasters added to the "voyage of the damned" feel.
 
Initially I liked 4 but the more I look at 2 the more I like it. It's fairly simple but the effect is there.

1 looks like a nice trip not the voyage of the damned :)

I think the fire in 3 looks very out of place, maybe if all the water was burning not just where the boat is.
 
Give it 24 hours. Hopefully it'll hit at least 100, there's probaby a bunch of people who looked but haven't decided which one they like best yet.
 
No 4 for me, goes with the theme and although we would all have done it differently. This person put a lot of time and effort into this one.

That's not saying the other's didn't ;)
 
I liked four's theme the most it's more what I pictured when I first saw this contest although the church is a bit of a blemish. Two was a very close second.
