game recommends

tomb raider legends is just a glorified platform game along with many in its genere such as the prince of persia series, will have look at the others though :)

dark messiah appears to pretty much be an FPS in a fantasy realm setting

Dungeon siege 2 is intruiging me but many reviews are saying too much emphasis on purely hack and slash throughout the game.....any thoughts on that?

Morrowind is one i have thought of, might be giving that one a go next

tomb raider legends is completely different in gameplay than the older ones.
and yea.. dungeon siege has quite some diablo 2 characteristics in it.
Oh, and morrowind is absolutely a good game.. really good.
(tough, get bloodmoon and tribunal with it,.. makes the game even better :) )

but.. then i assume you're completely not inot space RPG's?
 
any kind of rpg to be fair, if theres a decent sci fi one then i'm definately interested.

will grab hold of morrowind with the extensions, if i get into this one then i might just end up digging out arena again :D

Just finding it difficult to find any decent ones nowadays. Seems that just about any game released of late has the emphasis on mass genocide in it. Which i find far too repetative
 
done free lancer and darkstar one :D

hmm maybe i game a bit more than i though LOL

X3 reunion was one i was gonna try a while back but thought it a little too graphics oriented for my system. Upgraded the GPU since then so might be worth another look :)

Yeh the reviews are pretty much right, the game is fun to play but does get very repetitive and the storyline isn't the best. I got it just because i had played Dungeon Siege I, which i have to say is much better than its sequel. I think Dugeon Siege II was a flop and just released to mae money.
 
hmmm kotor has me intruiged, might be worth a look

baldurs gate might be worth a look, i see it's set in the forgotten realms universe as was neverwinter nights

Neverwinter nights 2 has a really dissapointing ending by the way, very good story throughout but not to finish
 
If you semi liked Freelancer, X3 is a much more complex game that is much more involved and fun. Plus much better graphics... :)
 
Just bought dark messiah =o funny game, and you have a woman beeing sarcastic all the time in your head, :x (for some reason, that reminds me of someone :P)
 
i have dungeon seige2 and its expansion(broken world) not finished the game yet the map is toooo large. tomb raider legends is ok but very short game same with oblivion.
 
neverwinter nights 2 is relatively new to be fair, think it was released around november last year. Have to say its a fairly big game so you can expect to get a lot of gameplay out of this one.
