Is this a cool game? Is it a first person shooter? Is it anything like BF2? I think I like it, even though it is WWII.

It is a RTS game more like BFME1 with control points, squads for units and such. Overall, it is an excellent game and well worth the money, the unit acknowlegments are hilarious and can be quite entertaining for hours. If you like RTS games at all, this is definitely one to have. Your better system should be able to run it just fine, and it is a very pretty game... Oh, and have fun with the Howitzers, they tear bases up like CRAZY!!!
 
this game is great! if u have played age of empires 3 then u play this game, theres no way you will be turning back to aoe3
 
Best. RTS. Ever.

The unit speech is great. The germans speak english but if you zoom in on the units you can hear them spouting german :) The awknowledgements are great, "If I see one more F*&#$^ bag of dirt...."

Oh and it is the Best RTS Ever.

If anyone wants to play IM me or Skype me. Or add me in game as Ace131. You WILL get beat down! :P PS if you have 4 ppl even better and we can set up a time and place and you will STILL get beat down. My 3 friends and I are undefeated when playing together.
 
I am buying this game today, prepare for the onslaught!

It will probably take me a little while to become proficient....

I just got kicked out for lagging people, I guess 6 meg cable and my rig causes lag...idiots...

This game does kick ass and anyone who likes RTS games should love it. I was initially turned off by it being a WW2 game but once I got it I was hooked. Probably the only RTS I've ever played that gave me any sort of chllenge on the Normal difficulty. CoH FTW!!!

A lil off topic but is it me or do a lot of the Allied soldiers sound like the Drill Instructor from Full Metal Jacket?

jk I have never played this game since im not into the war soilder type rts more into midevil type rts but the game does look good has anyone play dow dark crusade thats my favorite rts is it anything like this one:confused:

COH is made by THQ which made DOW Dark Crusade. It plays a lot like the DOW series. It's just MUCH better. :D
