For some reason when I load it into my DVD-RAM Drive... it won't accept it. It just says that Windows can't read this type of media or some crap. Its very weird because this isn't the first DVD-ROM game I installed into my PC. Is the disc defective? It doesn't have any scratches on it or anything. What gives?!

if the drive works normal with other dvd games, my gues would be the dvd has a production flaw or so indeed.

It was a bad disc... got it replaced and worked perfectly.

Graphics are insane btw... my PC runs it on Max and it looks incredible.

All games will say DX9.0c or higher (on newer games), but that doesnt mean it's DX10 or not.

I'm not sure if MOHA is or not however.
