Plexiglass Cutting

I have the Cooler Master Centurion 5 Case (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119077), and I'm going to try cutting a hole in the plexiglass window for a 80mm fan. I really don't know how to cut plexiglass (1/8 inch). I heard you can score it and snap it, but that would be sort of hard to do with a circle. Whats the best way to do this without buying a $400 plexiglass cutting machine?
Also, what would be the best location for the fan (ie. top right, left, bottom)?

I don't know how to cut it, but the best place to put it would be over the RAM and NB, just infront of the CPU cooler, it gets a little of everthing.

get a holesaw, Vaseline up the blade and get to work, stop once and a while so you don't over heat the blade or the plexi

hope that helps

good idea with the vaseline... was goona say drilling oil but thats excessive. i had to replace the side panel on mine

I've used a dremel and a cutting wheel with great success.

After the hole is cut, go over the edges with a polishing wheel (using the dremel).

I'm thinking of calling ACE Hardware or some other hardware store and asking if they have plexiglass and if they can cut it for me. That would probably be easier than buying a dremel or a holesaw.
@Kornowski: So would the fan be an intake or exhaust. BTW I ordered ZALMAN 9500 LED Heat sink fan, so would that change the location I should put the hole?

There is a place near where I live that will cut it, or I may just order it online. The real question is what do I want on the case. I'm drawing a picture right now.

Intake,

the air outside your case is cooler than the air inside (usually) so it will suck in cold air over the ram and cool down the ram.

...right?

It'd be an intake, to direct cool air towards the CPU cooler, Erm, I don't know, just have it so that it's a cm or two away fromt the actual cooler
When you get it in the case, post a pic and I can show you I guess :)

That penguin isn't really the same penguin I have in the avatar. It's the linux penguin, but a different one.
Plan A) I'm going to get the plexiglass from a local store that will costom cut it for me.
Plan B) I'll buy it online from a place that will costom cut it for me.
Plan C) I'll buy the glass and cut it myself after buying the saw stuff or by using some equiptment from school.
I'm working on a blueprint for the window, and I'll post it so you guys can show me where to put the fan.

I found a place near where I live and they can cut an 1/8 in. thick piece of 11x13.5 in. sheet of plexiglass. They have a laser for it so I'm also guessing they can cut holes in the middle and around the outside for screws. Looks like I won't need to cut it myself afterall.
