So whos camping out for Halo 3?

I am going to go to GameStop around 11:30.
Odds are, I'll be in a long line from people standing there since 9.

I put a deposit down, so I am guaranteed a copy.

I've been playing CS since 1.5, before steam. I could play halo for an evening now and then with some buddies and yeah it's fun. But all this hoo-hah greatest game ever? Meh.
 
shoot realworld = job = not standing in line at midnight = not me lol i have never waited in line becuase i'm not that addicted to games i have to get it at mid night and play it immediately i have it on preorder i will get it after work tomorrow and play it then when i can no since i waiting in line like an idiot with all the idiots here in my town just to get a game when i can walk right in at 530 tomorrow and get the same game and have what like 16 less hours of play then them hmmm i wonder what my choice will be...
 
Why would anyone actually wait outside all night for this? You've waited several years already, why dont you just wait another few days and pick it up when theres no line?
 
I am showing up around 11:30 and once they start selling it at midnight, they say they can get the line finished within the hour.


I am only going to play the game till like 3 or 4.
 
I'm still deciding weither or not I want to go. If I want to my mum will take me, but I'm actually kinda feeling sick so I may just go in the morning...decisions, decisions...
 
My brother is at gamestop right now, he wont be camping out, just getting free pizza. He says there is 4 people in line already, its about 6pm, and we live in the middle of no where. We intend to pick it up tomorrow at 7am-ish. After the line has died down and before it has a chance to grow back up with everyone who didnt go to the midnight release.

Well, I wasn't going to pick it up, but I had a meeting run really long at work, and the store is next door where I pre-ordered. So, the question was, go home at 11:30 or wait a half hour and save myself a trip in on my day off. Yeah, I waited, and I now have it... :)
 
Got to the GameStop around 11:30, got in the back of the somewhat long line, at like 12:10 were entering the store, few moments later were walking out, driving home at 12:20.


Won my first came, lost the second by 1 kill, lol.



Its Awesome.
 
This sucks, I have halo3 in my hand, but I cant play it for another hour and a half! Parents watching dr.phyl >.<! To make this day worse, I kinda sorta got a speeding ticket on the way home *cry*.
