I've used both in several varying levels on performance towers. I like ATI, because they build some very nice cards, and XFire is technically better than SLI, but I personally prefer NVidia, for some reason. I suppose once EVGA starts pumping out some ATI cards, I might go back to them, but I've always loved my EVGA builds. :)

The 4800 series will convert many:cool:

But to be honest, im not a fan Boy of any

I just want whats best, whats cheapest, and the best for the consumer

And ATI right now, is doing just that. Brilliant performing cards for less than any Competitive NVidia cards, and they are forcing NVidia to drop their prices, which is GREAT for us, the consumer

good point. i would be tempted to convert if i wasnt loving my 8800gt so much haha.
right now even tho im a nvidia fan i still recommend the 4850/70 to everyone

well as far as SLI or Crossfire its crossfire all the way, but that is way too expensive
for me.. for a single card configuration i would have to go for Nvidia.... Love the 8800GTX

LOL.. then is it agreed that if this poll was redone, ATI would be higher than Nvidia right?

personally i dont think so. even if ati are doing better. from what ive seen there are more nvidia fans who would vote nvidia anyway haah

Going the number of people who vote isn't really representative to this poll since most of the votes are near 4 years old.
It doesn't really do justice since the standards have changed over 4 years.

I'd say ATI

ATI has done very well with the 3800 and 4800 series if you think of their price and performance.
