Ultramon crashed my Vista due to it being a beta driver ,

But Multimon is a freeware version which does a similar job for dual/triple/quad monitor setups .

You can do it if you right click on the taskbar (in a blank space), uncheck "Lock the Taskbar" then you can drag it freely to any position (top, bottom, left, right) on any monitor.

Im using XP Pro
I never said you wern't... but you never asked the original question and if you check the OP's sig- you will notice he's using Vista Premium and so I felt obligated to warn him of Ultramons beta Vista driver.

Why and who uses triple or quad monitors i will never know.
two duel 24" is enough. i have a table 12' long and using 17 usb ports
and some of my sheet is sitting on the floor.
i need a bigger house. thanks SQ1......

you don't get a second start menu in ultramon, just another taskbar if I remember correctly

Programmers/Coders or architects would probably benefit from triple screen setups IMO

But this is quite impressive:-

me too.. im getting ready to retire now. I have a new adventure with computers. (duel monitors). i bought a Nikon dedicated scanner for slides and negatives. i can edit on one screen and see the original on the other.
and then using Softice symbolic debugging and watching the output on the other.

thanks but is there a way to have a start bar on both screens?
I find dual monitors very useful. Especially when making/burning/downloading cd's because i need to open limewire and have another window open with the songs of the cd i want etc...
Here's my screen. I want to replace the white screen with a 22" or 24" wide screen and use that as my primary and use my 19" as the secondary

I use four 22" LCD monitors.

I started with two, for better multitasking, upgraded to three when I was a stockbroker, then after retirement I added a fourth so that I could game across thee monitors and monitor other tasks and program on the fourth.

Why settle for:

When you can have:
