So... What is the worst game you have played?

Mine is definitely Street Racing Syndicate. The physics for RWD cars were horrible because your car would automatically go into a drift. Only AWD cars were worth driving. Sounds of the cars weren't good either. The Skyline sounded like a leaf blower in high RPM's. And the idea of having real aftermarket parts was cool, though it was very limited. There was only one kit for each car if i remember correctly.

So what is your worst game? :D

That's what happens when you buy a game just because there's an inappropriately (un?)dressed female on the cover :D

As for the worst game I've ever played... my vote goes to Codename: Outbreak. The fisrt Windows 3D shooter I ever played (previously I had only played Duke Nukem 3D, Doom, Heretic and the likes).

IMO it was actually a sort of good game. The idea of team-based gameplay was great, and I actually liked the RPG elements of it - your squad members would gain experience based on your achievements in the previous mission, and their stats (firing accuracy, running speed, ability to absorb live ammunition) would increase, and you had a real inventory where you could store fancy stuff - like medikits (not many other games allow you to pick up medical supplies). However, the game was just too damn buggy - the AI was dumb as hell (the AI-controlled guy could spend all his ammunition trying to shoot enemies through the walls...27KM away), you would injure yourself jumping off anything more than 2 meters above the ground yet you could fall off a tall building without dying, among many other glitches such as blown-up explosive barrels re-appearing after loading the game. In addition to this, the graphics were pretty much a fail, the game was way too short and multiplayer = moderate fail, and the way-strong slavic-accented speech of the "american" voice actors really got on my nerves at times. Also, it was ripping off Alien (and a cllection of other movies) so hard I was about to start crying...

EDIT: To extend my previous rant, the only useful items you could store in your inventory were medical supplies, and those things were so scarce (unless playing on easiest difficulty) I had to press quicksave and quickload about as many times as I fired bullets (which was a lot, since it was an FPS). Also, the game was crappily coded, it crashed frequently and was really laggy at times, even if the system specs way exceeded recommended requirements.

I really haven't played a game I really enjoyed since HL 2. I mean COD4 is fun, Crysis was cool if you could run it, rainbow six vegas was fun but not totally kick ass, and GTA4 was borrrrring.

I think video game developers focus too much on content and not enough on game play anymore. Games are boring and repetitive. GTA4 is the same mission over and over again with a small variance. I didn't even finish it, I traded it back in.

Force Unleashed was a fresh breath of air, and it was fun to play. I still have it and don't plan on trading it in quite yet. I still haven't beat the last level on the highest difficulty yet. Once I do that I will trade it in probably.

Some epic games are coming out soon, Fallout 3, left 4 dead, starcraft 2, diablo 3, all of which carry a huge hype for. GTA4 had a huge hype and either you loved it or you hated it, and I found it boring.

The worst game I've played so far.. the most recent one is Turning Point: Fall of Liberty. I mean, the story could have been awesome. What if churchill would have died in the car crash, wich he actually had. Germany invaded America, and you are in the resistance. I mean, thats brilliant imo, and could have been an awesome game... but they preferrede to make it completely rubbish! :( its the only game I really couldnt stand finnishing to date,.. and thats bad, really bad. ;)

I had a terrible time with Dead or Alive Xtreme Beach Volleyball. I bought it for various reasons and was so disapointed.

Why? I like it. It's one of the best graphics that my video card can render :) but it's a nice game, despite that it's a little scary when you meet these mutants.

Terran Conflict

This weeks crapest game of the week is Terran Conflict it's that full of bugs it's unplayable even on the very best of computers never in my life have I tried a game so un finnished everything in it has a bug. Two weeks on theirs still no word of a patch to cure the bugs that make it unplayable 1-10fps on lots of peoples top end rigs wtf.

I liked X3 Reunion but Terran Conflict is content from a free mod added to a game all the fans already have just wtf.

Im still looking forward to a playable version of it though its just crap because its not even in a state for the developers to test it yet.

Hmm...well, I haven't played a good game since Bioshock, and before that HL2. I can't exactly say what's the worst game, but I certainly did not enjoy Grid and Crysis that much. Crysis was fun in the beginning, and just started to get stupid when you walked into the alien thing and lose gravity.
