Pull 'movie only' or 'Episode only' from ISO files?

I have my entire DVD collection backed up on my computer as ISO files and I was curious if anyone had heard of a program or a way to pull out only the movie files and best yet only the episode files from an already backed up ISO file. This would free up a TON of room on my HDD and make it more convenient to pick a movie, then immediately start watching it without any menus or other junk.

Im using linux now too, so any program suggestions that would work for it? I have all the physical dvds still, so it wouldnt be to big a project to re-rip them if any programs could do this for me.

I am not familiar w/Linux, but I think DVD Shrink can do what you're talking ab with Windows at least. I have directions copied and pasted on my home pc explaning how to only select sections of the dvd you want in order to make it smaller and in turn, higher quality. Have you tried this?

That's what I use also...DVD Shrink strips everything and you select every chapter, special feature, language and subtitle you want....or don't want.
