Fan for Fanless GPU

I want to get my cousin a fan for his video card because he's been complaining about heating issues with his xfx Geforce 6200 card. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150107

Hes not looking to play newer games, just continue to play World of Warcraft (?) (Not sure if thats the game) without heat being too much of an issue. I've watched the temps of his GPU reach 80c so I'd like to get him a fan for his fanless GPU.

Looking through Newegg, I've come up with three fans I think will fit his video card, but I'm not 100% sure. I was hoping maybe someone on this forum might know if either of these fans will fit, or if they know of a fan that will.

Thanks in advance!

I'm not sure how big the heatsink on that card is, but you'd be better strapping a 60mm fan on there, something like this. You could just use screws to secure it on.

It'd be a lot easier than replacing the whole heatsink, and cheaper.

There wouldn't be any room to fit a fan over the heat sink because its sandwiched between the power supply and the memory sticks. I'd say there is about 3/4 to an inch between the video card and the power supply. Its a weird looking power supply. Its long and rectangular instead of boxy. He is running a Dell 4600c

I don't think so.

The fans I linked earlier would replace the heatsink. The only problem is, I don't know if those are the correct fans for the Video Card.

Here is a picture of my cousin's Dell. I hope this helps.

You could fit a 60mm fan on that no problem. The screws will also thread in between the pins. You could also put an extra case fan in the computer and it will help the over heating issues.

He has a case fan lying around but because the computer is a slim form and a dell, it doesn't have anymore plugs(?) to stick another fan. The fan for the CPU took the only one it had. It has three pins but its flat in shape. I notice there are two other plugs(?) but only thicker pins would fit it. And hopefully, the GPU fans have a three-pin power connector thick enough to fit in.

You could get a 60mm fan on there, it wouldn't be ideal, but it'd certainly work.
Or, you could put it on the PSU with some double sided sticky tape, so that it blows onto the graphics card. (So that the fan faces the motherboard)

If you don't have any 3pin connectors left, you could buy a 3pin to molex connector and plug it into the PSU.

UPDATE:

Not finding the answer I was looking for--not that they were bad ideas, but I wanted to go with something that didn't have a risk of destroying someone Else's computer-- I went with
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835119080

I chose that one because right away I noticed it had retaining pins similar to the two that hold the stock heat sink in place of the Video Card. I took a risk just by going on image alone and it paid off!

Here are some pictures of the fan:

On Idle, the video card stays at a cool 36c. Whereas it used to go anwhere from 45c to 55c idle, depending on the room temp.
