Where Are All The Good Laptop HDDs?

I've searched everywhere and all the laptop HDDs that 500-750 all seem to be only 5400RPM and 8 MB Cache. I already bought a 500GB HDD for my laptop. I have a 750 GB external 3.5 inch that is 7200RPM. Why the laptop ones that are large in capacity are that way?

You really can't find a notebook hard drive larger than 500gb. You should start to see some by Q4 though.
