Broswer Googles EVERYTHING

Hey!
We've tried everything: Internet Explorer, SBC Yahoo browser, and Mozilla Firefox, to try and find the problem with all of our browsers. Sometimes, you can just type in a website and it'll load flawlessly. Other times, you enter in, for example, http://www.youtube.com/ and it brings up a Google or AIM Powered Google search of that URL, instead of just opening the site. And even then, we click on the link to the website and it takes FOREVER to load...an error page saying something like 'Not Connected to the Internet' or something like that. Sometimes refreshing fixes it, but othertimes not.
We've tried OpenDNS, and that improved stuff a whole lot, but it's still not flawless.

Also, is there a way we can get a Gigabit connection on an XPS 400 instead of the 100MB/s connection?

Well you really never get 100MB unless you have a really really killer connection which would cost a bit :) a normal connection is usually between 512 kbps to like 40 Mbps (64 KBps to like 5 MBps) with the dial up being under 56 kbps :(
