Will my rig run GTA 4 :D

Hey guys well im considering buying GTA 4 but ive heard about it runs best off quad core, i would say i have a pretty high end pc apart from the dual core processor ): could i still run GTA 4 well with these specs?

Motherboard: XFX 680i LT SLI
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E4500 Overclocked at 3.4Ghz
Memory: 4gb OCZ SLI PC2-6400
HDD: 160gb WD SATA + 750gb Samsung F1 SATA
GFX: Zotac GTX 260 216
OS: Windows Vista 32bit
PSU: Atrix 750W
CASE: NZXT Tempest
MONITOR: Asus 22-inch VH226H 1080p HD (1920x1080)

You OC'ed your E4500 to 3.4ghz? what cooler are you using? i have an E4500 i might just hang on to it if it can oc that much.

Im using just an Akasa high performance blue led cooler its not that amazing but ive realised that roughly 3.4GHz is the highest stable overclock i can get with it. But it could just be the mobo thats helping the oc and thanks for the replies ive just bought GTA IV, installing it atm

Yeah it works insanely well i mean its a shame about GTA Iv not having anti-alising but the games looks awesome and the in game benchmark is saying around 40-50fps so its all good
