First i5 Build Help!

This is what I have so far and I need too choose a ram that is still in stock the one I have down there is out of stock!
Budget: Around 800 CAD
What the computer is for: Gaming,CSS,L4D,COD,GTA4,Internet,MSN,Movie,Homework!
I want this computer to be really quiet because it will be in my room and I will leave it on sometimes and I dont want it to be loud when im trying to sleep!
Please make the build I have below even better and cheaper! Thanks
