I didn't force myself, I played for fun, that is why you go and see friends, to socialise and have fun. I wasn't there to be good at it, just have a laugh

obviously games are only ment to be played for competitions. :p
But on a serious note, thats exacly why I have a xbox myself. because splitscreen gaming is fun.
(I dont like the kind of multiplayer where you cant smack the other players on the back of their heads, because most of them start acting like jerks when you cant. )

It's only £18 from game too.

I hope you put the wrong link up because that is somewhat of a ripoff really :p

:)

Games I have played on my pc that may be just as good on your xbox 360...play these or buy them, and you will see what I mean:

- Devil May Cry 4
- Turok
- Tomb Raider Anniversary, Legend and Underworld
- Sonic Unleashed
- Fallout Total Carnage
- Prey
- Bioshock
- Dead Space
- Kane and Lynch
- Mirrors Edge
- Damnation
- Legendary
- Prince of Persia
- Avatar
- Dark Void

Now thats a large selection to take your pick from!!!!

Okay so I'm kinda used to the X360 GTA version, it has a panned camera :good:

Although the car is offcenter on camera and so close / low it's hard to see what's infront of you / around the corner :p

I haven't tried my hand at any weapons yet in game though.

I'm thinking of maybe picking up GRID & Test Drive Unlimited up next :)

:)

Oops I meant to say Flatout Total Carnage...not Fallout...I am not particularly into Fallout, I have to say...or anything similar...though I dont mind games like Command and Conquer....oh and point and click adventures like The Longest Journey/Dreamfall or Moment of Silence....aw man you gotta play Dreamfall...its so heart-tugging!!!!!

If you say fps suck on console then you are just mad because you suck at them. There is a big difference between a controller and a mouse. neither is better then the other IMO just what you prefer. I grew up playing console so playing with a mouse/keyboard is impossible for me. There is no disadvantage to using a controller, yes you might not aim as fast or move as quick but neither can all the other people you're playing against.

I've never played the first Mass Effect but right now i'm playing Mass Effect 2 and i really like it so far.

Ok, this is my opinion, but you need to stop playing 2 right now and go back and play 1. You'll get a heck of a lot more out of 2 if you go back and play 1 first.

As to the original poster, I'd also vote for Mass Effect, and you should be able to pick that up for pretty cheap either for PC or XBox. And if you wait long enough, you may be able to get it from Steam in a pack with 1 and 2. Furthermore, 3 is coming out next year... :D

Thanks for the replies ;)

I've found out how to change the camera's in GTAIV now :)

I think I'll leave Mass Effect untill I get a xfps adaptor, should make the game a lot easier for me, In the meantime I'm gonna work on picking up the NFS X360 titles, Forza 2, PGR4, Test Drive & Grid, oh and DiRT 2 :p

^ Nah man...mass effect makes really good use of the controller. Once you learn to use it it'll feel much more natural. I think the radial menu would probably suck with a mouse anyway...

+1, for the most part

I played Quake 3 long before I ever got into console games, but I still suck with nice because I used a trackball mouse back then. :(

Anyway, I don't see how people say controllers are worse than mouse/keyboard. I hate having to run at only 1-2 speeds and having to contort my hands into odd shapes to hit all the hotkeys. The complete lack of touch-sensitive buttons just doesn't jive well with my playing style.
