ATI Radeon HD 4670 ULTIMATE has stopping working

hi

I have an issue that can not solve ... So this is about my graphically card (ATI radeon hd 4670 ultimate 512MB DDR3)

When I play a game after 2-3 minutes from the game throws me on the desktop near the clock and its a little yellow triangle warning that says (display driver has stopping working and has recovered sucesfully, amdkmdap blablah)

i have windows vista.

verify if the gpu is failing, by using this, it will artifact, which shows that its erroring, under this:

also make sure your case is well cleaned, a little dust can cause some problems...espically with graphics cards

update latest drivers through ATI

Please post full system specs including PSU model and make.
