Overclocking

Where can i learn how to do with good knowledge on it? as i dont want to mess my computer up

What computer do you have first?

Some its not worth it, Simply because with stock heating, some chips run excessively inefficient as it is, and your likely to burn out the chip.

Motherboard (if possible)
CPU
RAM
GPU (Iff Applicable)
PSU (Power Supply)

Here is Overclocking 101 from the fourms here. Just be sure to have the proper cooling and take it slow with bumping up the fsb and the voltage.
