Under $200?

I have found two cameras that I am interested in. I am new to photography other than family photos, etc...I just want to know which one is the better buy.

Fujifilm makes great cameras. The only other camera I would consider is if you could find a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ,28,35,40 for around that price. I owned a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ8, and a Fujifilm S1500. Even though the FZ8 was a few years older then the fujifilm, it was still superior in every way, especially picture quality.
