In Canada w/Bell iPhone 4 is $159.95 16GB 3 year contract. 32GB $269.95 3 years.
3 year contract?? Who would ever get a 3 year phone contract? Heck 1 year is long enough with how quickly the refresh cycle of these phones are.

Apple will almost positively follow their past schedule. They will release a iPhone 5, probably just minor upgrades (talk about removing the home button and replacing it with a touch sensitive area?), and it will be immediately on AT&T, and shortly after on Verizon.

oh come on really? Touch sensitive buttons are super lame. If anything I think the iphone should have more physical buttons. I love having 4 buttons on the bottom of my phone (home, menu, back and search). Especially the back and menu buttons..much better than having more on screen buttons taking precious screen real estate.

Have you used a phone with touch sensitive buttons? It's so much nicer then physical buttons. For instance if you are holding a phone in landscape mode with one hand and want to hit a button, the slightest touch on a touch sensitive button will do activate that function, however it's very hard to actually push down a button without using your other hand. I tried it on an iPad as well and really missed my touch sensitive buttons of the Droid.

Yep! They are testing home button less iPads, and were just not sure what the new replacement would be. There were gestures for iPads, but not iPhones, so they think this may be the replacement.

I already have Verizon, and I get a new phone Feb. 5th (iPhone is Feb. 10th or around there). I was tempted but I'm goin with the Droid 2; it seems like a better solution for a geek.

Yes. I guess its a personal preference thing, since over sensitive is exactly why I dislike them. I never am in a position that those buttons are hard to push. The only one that's hard at times is the power button, but I have trackpad wake on so its a non issue.
