Starting from scratch, build me a computer!

Okay, I'm starting from scratch again.

I'm looking to build a moderate budget gaming pc, looking to spend a maximum of $1100 with a 1080p monitor, and Windows 7 64 bit.

What I am looking for in terms of performance is to stream HD games (Starcraft 2, League of Legends) so basically I need to a CPU able to handle that. AMD/Intel it doesn't matter, but I need a good GPU system as well.

Please help me out, I am not familiar with great parts at all. All I know how to do is put them together, lol.

Parts need to be ordered from Newegg or TigerDirect.

Okay, so I think I want to build it myself. Here are some more indepth budget restrictions:

-Must be a maximum of $1000 shipped
-Must have a 1080p Monitor included
-Must have Window 7 included in price
-Must have keyboard and mouse included
-Must have Wireless Adapter included
-Must be ordered from Newegg or TigerDirect

What comes to mind is a Phenom II build. Please let me know what you think would be best for me.

Will a 650W PSU be able to power everything with the 6950?

-Edit-

Modified that a little bit. I can save some money by going with a Radeon HD 6850 rather than the 6950. I went ahead and changed that, so I am not doing the combo. With that, keyboard, monitor, mouse, and an Antec 300 case, and everything else, the total is just under $1050. I can deal with the extra $75ish for shipping and taxes and everything like that.

Your math was wrong when you did that, the total comes out to around $850 which leaves only $150 for everything else. So, here is the list of what I have:

http://secure.newegg.com/WishList/PublicWishDetail.aspx?WishListNumber=22311508

The combo doesn't go to this wish list, so you have to add in the combo price of roughly $150.

650w is a liitle off balance for 1 or 2 6950's actually. Too much for 1 and not enough for crossfire.

Don't know what happened with the math. I let the cart add things. Maybe deals changed.
Anyways, I wouldn't go with the mb in your list. The chipsets are getting dated and doesn't CF well if your planning that. If not, newer chipset mb anyways, and about a 550w psu.
edit:
I went with this:
$1100 with a 1080 monitor, keyboard, mouse, and tower.
I've changed the ps to accomodate 2-6950's. With the 1-6950, the total (unless you live where there's tax) is under $775 even tho the psu cost went up. I's after ship and rebates and promo codes and maybe the gift card.
The Antec 300 has just about zero for managing the cables.
