you would need a decent speed cpu and at least 250w psu, and id say at very least 1gb ram

Stealthy, that rig will *not* run 1080p well, if at all. Biggest problem is your video card. Next would be the RAM, then the CPU. Also, if you plan on running this on a TV, expect to put some serious cash into this rig, as your needing a new CPU will mean a new mobo. New GPU means probably new PSU. And RAM.
