GTX 460 instead, and pretty much all mobo's have built-in soundcards.

It actually says ''8-Channel HD Audio'', and try to get everything from one store.
And I'm not sure, but I think 600watt is overkill. You also forgot a HDD.

overkill as in i dont need that much?

So will the power supply this case come with be good enough? http://www.canadacomputers.com/product_info.php?cPath=6_112&item_id=028695

i am not sure about 550watt. and your previous power supply was not overkill. its always better to have more than enough than not enough.

Ok, i cant spend any more money and i think im sticking with those parts listed above minus the power supply and case and adding in the coolermaster usp 100 and 550 watt power supply. Is there any overheating of such that i might have to be worried about? And how can i fix that.

The case in your list is terrible by the way, i had for for about 2 months and ended up replacing it with an antec 1200.

The power supply you have chosen with the case is poor quality. Don't ever go cheap on a Power Supply. It is the backbone of your system. Cheap power supplies can cause performance issues, burn out and damage your system. You may have to save some more money to get decent quality components. This power supply is good:

Corsair TX Series CMPSU-650TX 650 Watt Power Supply - $90

OCZ does not make decent quality DDR3 memory either from what I have heard. I would go with another brand of RAM.

Yes, there will be a huge difference, seeing as the new motherboard you're looking at only supports DDR2 memory, not DDR3.

And the phenom II x4 955 BE is alot better than the newer one you linked.
