Mouse + Mouse pad problems

Hi Forum,

I recently bought a Coolmaster Sentinel mouse and a Razer Destructor mouse pad. One problem, the mouse seems like it can't detect the mouse pad properly. Whenever I lift my mouse up(because I get to the edge of the mp) and put it back down, it takes like 1-5 seconds to detect its actually on a surface.. It also happens when I take it off the bed and put it on the mb(I game on my bed)

Any reason why this would be happening? Thanks

Switch your mouse to old model with mouse ball :D just kidding :p here's my advice. Kindly Check the sensor if it is weak, and try to use your mouse to other mouse pad.

Mice are temperamental devices, they either like the mouse pad or they don't. Take for instance the Razer Mamba I hear it likes white gaming pads over black gaming pads(nothing racial intended) thats why Razers high end gaming pads are all white now.

Is your mouse pad new? If its been used awhile it could be dead, I know i go through 1 hard gaming pad every 6-8 months and have to replace it. Whatever you do though dont get the Razer Kabuto, it sux and I hate it lol
