Power supplies don't bottleneck, they just don't work, or they do. Some can look like they are working, give it a few weeks - a month or two max, and you will see it doesn't. A CPU can bottleneck, where by it is at 100% load whilst everything else is not, so the system is being held back by it, a graphics card can be a bottleneck for the same reason, but if a PSU is at 100% load and more is needed, it simply can not give it

Sorry wrong sentence formation.I meant the rest of the system I think will be a bottleneck not PSU.Which is of bad quality anyways and may or may not support the load.

I meant Other than that PSU...I have replacement.

If you haven't already taken the Rosewill PSU, don't get it, just get the system I posted above. It has better everything. Even if you do have the power supply, just drop the PSU from my list, upgrade the case to:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119137

and you are set. The barebones, as you are proving by posting them, use cheap components, where as if you pick them yourself, you can be the quality assurance and you know what is going in, and you know that it is of good quality, not cheap, unbranded, low quality products
