Question on computer specs on processors

I need to know which is a better processor.
Core i3-2120, 3.3GHz, 3M, VT-x, 65W
vs.
Intel Core 2 Duo 3.0 GHz 8400

And for video cards:
1GB AMD RADEON HD 6450 Graphics w/ Single DP/DVI, Low Profile,
vs.
NVidia Gforce 9400

Can anyone tell me what is better? I play World of Warcraft, and do alot of multi-Tasking stuff on my computer.

2100, 2120 is just a upgraded gpu in there, and you put that you're buying one so there's no point

i3-2120 is much faster than E8400

As for the video card, HD 6450 is faster than 9400 but the difference is not huge

Actually, i3 2120 has higher clock speed than 2100. Thats the only difference between the two

The one that has faster GPU is called i3 2105. This CPU has similar clock speed to i3 2100 but faster built-in graphic. If you don't want to use built-in graphic then there is no reason to buy i3 2105 over i3 2100
