I've got a new build. If you guys could help me out and see what you think, that would be great. I've got about $1400 to spend (this doesn't include the monitor). I plan on using a 1080p 42" TV as my monitor. It's been a year or two since I built my last PC and so if you guys could check this out and see that it's good, that would be great. Thanks.

I would change to this mobo: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157250

I would also get this ram if you don't mind $25 more. It has better timings:

Is ASRock a good company? From reading the reviews, that motherboard doesn't look all that great. I've always been somewhat partial to ASUS, but I don't mind changing if it's a good motherboard. And with the extra savings, the RAM won't be a problem.

An outdated case and also the cable management is pathetic, most of the owner have to do some mods on the case to get some decent wire management in that case.

In the SATA III drives the newer Sandforce controllers are causing some problems for many users.

Good Choice :D

I would get this - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817207016
The one which you have chosen is also pretty good.

Why SLI??
I would get a single GTX 580 which will do the job perfectly and will be more than enough and also.
SLI - More heat, power and driver issues with some games and also less room for upgradibility. And also cable management also becomes a difficulty and also troubleshooting is also a problem.

$55 and nice timings and also a good deal - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820220561

Motherboard is too expensive.

About the Case fans.Though awesome fans but they do make a lot of noise if you want something quiet then they might not be the way to go.

Well that's the opposite you'll see on this forum. A majority of these guys will always pick ASRock over ASUS. I personally like ASUS as well, but supposedly the z68 chipset is a better option, and I didn't confirm this or anything but it's more likely that z68 will be compatible with ivy bridge as opposed to p67

Okay, here's an updated list after the changes. I'm still not sure on a case though. I don't really want to spend $150 on a case. I prefer smaller cases, but I'm not sure if it's good with air-flow and cable management. Eh.

Mihir mentioned that there may be a problem with the SSD. What would you guys recommend?

Never mind, I just read a little more in detail about it and realized it is 80 Plus Silver Certified. It isn't advertised that way(with the sticker on the picture or in the name), so I missed it the first time, even when I scrolled through the specs. Now I'm wondering how I missed it, because it is right there in plain sight. Must need to pay a little more attention.

I would definitely go for the XFX then.
