i want a BE cpu cuz my hs is a beast and i would like to oc.
Well, your ''upgrade'' will only have better clockspeed, no architectural differences so you probably won't even notice much if any difference with this upgrade.
But having said that, I do have a few thoughts and suggestions for you.
First, make sure you get a 900 series chipset to get the latest technology. No sense in buying a new board and only 800 series. But once again, you linked to a Micro ATX board so I must assume thats all your case can handle? You really should get a case that can do full ATX as it really opens your options up.
Since you are keeping your 5750 there's no need for onboard graphics, and no 900 series chipset boards have it anyway.

Again that is a Full ATX board, so if your case can't support it get another!
Next the CPU-

The 960t is a 1090t with 2 cores disabled. You *might* be able to unlock this CPU into a hex core, but even if not you have 4 thuban cores instead of deneb. Typically they overclock better and the memory controller is stronger on thuban chips. Also sometimes only 1 core is bad so you could atleast come out with a 5 core chip.
Lastly, the ram you picked it OK but for only $3 more you can have 1600mhz ram instead of 1333-

So that grand total is like $270 or so, only a few bucks more than what you chose BUT you have the latest tech board, a chance to unlock to a 6 core CPU, and faster ram.
