missing title bar in task manager

Lately I installed Trackmania Sunrise, and after I rebooted, the title bar of task manager was gone.

I've made a screenshot:



I've painted the black lines and white text myself, that's the way it should be.

does anyone know how to get the title bar back?

Double-click on the task manager's border.
