Buffering problem

So as of late my buffering speed has been just plain awful from loading 5 minute videos in over 3 minutes to other times loading the first minute in a second and then slows down to previous speed i mentioned. Before this my speed was great and my internet speed has not decreased either so i dont know why.

ive used speed test before and on average im around 11.8 but tonight im a little laggy due to my brothers using wifi so this doesnt hamper my speed that much to change buffering and as ive said in the past with the same speed id buffer a 5 minute video for example in about 10-15 seconds and now it takes minutes.

maybe the website where the video is coming from might be busy,try a video from a diffrent website and let us know or try at a diffrent time of day

but things that are streaming, or downloading havent been effected and yet buffering is so slow
