Hi, so recently i bought a custom PC off my local computer dealer, they are trusted and everything, but i cant seem to identify my graphics card in the computer, nor on the DxDiag, it just comes up with this:

It should be a HD Radeon 6850 graphics card but its not identifiable at all, help please!

Then you are using onboard video not an actual dedicated video card. Do you know the model of motherboard it has?

i have a "intel DG43GT" motherboard according to CPU-Z, and yes i have a HD Radeon 6850 fixed into the motherboard. I don't get it, i've disabled the onboard graphics and they keep reinstalling themselves, even though i've activated the 6850 the onboard keeps on taking over
