Language problems when installing

My computer has been installing some of my games in Russian. Even the begining install screen is in Russian. Is there a way to change the language without going into registery?

Which games and where from?

The game I'm trying to install is Morrowind. It has to be a problem with my computer, because on my girlfriends computer, the setup menu and the game runs in English. The setting on my computer are for Dutch. so I'd understand if it installed in Dutch, but not Russian.

Just because I have to ask, is this a legit copy?

Are you installing from disc, Steam or something else? If something else, what?

lol ya it's a legit copy. It's really old though. It's cd from like a year after the game came out. I moved out of the country, so I'm using a different computer than I had before. This also happened with my Hellgate disk on this computer. Just sometimes it runs it in Russian. There's gotta be some setting on my computer that's messed up. But I wouldn't know what.
