Spiceworks

I need some help on Spiceworks. I run the scan for IP Addresses, but it can never Identify any of them, it finds them, but sees all the kit it finds as unknown. My DLink DSL-6820 Router, My Packard Bell Dot 510p, My Nintendo Wii. Someone help!

Check the spiceworks error logs for some more detailed info. For the d-link and nintendo i don't know for sure but on the packard bell i assume you can turn off the firewall? Spiceworks uses wmi (and snmp i think, not sure though).

Why excactly are you using Spiceworks? It's kind of overkill in a simple home environment.
