windows 8 wont upgrade keeps telling me its trying to gets to about 35 percent and then fails and reverts back it says. any ideas?

Does it not let you into the OS? If so, after the BIOS screen, you need to start pressing F8, enter safe mode, delete any updates you think can be doing it, and/or do a system restore to back before it was doing it. You could also try a startup repair if it gives you the option.

it lets me in and i thought i got it to update it but when i turned it on last night it said updating and then failed but ill try that today after work
