Windows 7 Admin Account

Is there a way to make a admin account have full access to other users (non-admins) accounts on the system even if they password protect? I know the admin can change the password of user accounts to get access but I don't want to delete the user password in the process.

Anyway around this?

Yeah you can have full access to files on other other accounts through an admin account, but you can't view the password if that's what you're asking.

No, I don't want to view the password but I when I want access it forces me to "reset" the password to access. I just don't want to delete the password in order to access the account is all. Odds are I will never NEED to do this but if I ever have a need to then I want to be able too.

Oh you mean log into other accounts using an admin account without having to know their passwords or resetting them? Not possible.
